Northampton Town FC Fan Zone: Public Realm

R Vint Engineering provided civil engineering services for the East Stand Redevelopment at Sixfields Stadium, breathing life back into a scheme that had been dormant for a decade. Our role focused on modernising the site’s infrastructure and delivering a top-quality public realm for the club.
By prioritising innovative earthworks, we designed a linear swale that integrated naturally into the landscape. This solution removed the need for costly below-ground attenuation tanks, delivering significant project savings while meeting modern drainage requirements. RVE also designed the external environment surrounding the east stand, including the technical layouts for parking and paving, ensuring a seamless and functional experience for fans.
