Recruiting CAD and Revit technician

The position is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced AutoCAD and Revit technician to join the team. Working within our practice will see you apply your AutoCAD and Revit design skills on 2D and 3D projects that transfer across many sectors of the construction industry.

 

Our projects range from new-build housing developments, healthcare, education, transport, and defence to bespoke dwellings and town planning, across the UK. We are involved from concept through to construction where we influence design to provide our clients with fantastic solutions.

 

The ideal candidate will be skilled in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla Structures. Our aim is to provide clients with a service that goes above and beyond just design, ensuring we look at the construction and maintenance of developments too.

 

Key Responsibilities/Aims:

 

·         Developing and producing 3D drawing models for projects of all scales and sizes.

·         Producing AutoCAD drawings and Revit models of the highest standard

·         Pursuing Continuing Professional Development with our support

·         Becoming a central figure within our growing practice at this exciting time

·         Engaging and participating in developing engineering solutions as part of the engineering team

·         Developing and continuing to enhance our CAD and BIM Standards

·         Providing input into the preparation of fee proposals and development of the company’s drawing services

·         Future responsibilities may include mentoring and leading a trainee CAD technician as the practice continues to grow

 

Essential skills required:

 

·         AutoCad and Revit

·         Must be ambitious and seeking to develop a thriving career in engineering
